People in the lower city have been watching the antics of Kynan you know him with the staff and that woman who is it Daniella maybe, as they pay attention to a very rainy wall. Apparently nobody down there has anything better to do than watch walls dry - but apparently, there is a place in the Lower Square where the water runs off just right and tells secrets as it burbles.
In the lower city, for apparently no reason at all, a certain fountain that has garnered much interest of late suddenly has its water run dry... There surely must be a reason for it, but who knows what that might be?
Nothing bad has happened in the Lower City. Nobody has been taken by the Fog. Kynan 'The Living Death' did not burn anything down. Move along citizen.
For some strange reason, the people in the lower city are all smiling. Seems for no reason, it started to rain gin and rum by the city gate. Nobody is quite sure why.
