New Staff and Player Helpers

It's been a little while since the last update here.
We'd like to introduce you to our 2 player guides - Markus and Gaval. Hit them up with whatever questions you have. They may not know all the answers, but they'll certainly try to remember to ask us if they don't.
Feel free to ask questions on the Pub channel - that's one of the reasons it's there.
I'm pleased to introduce Zhiroc to you all, as he's joined our team as a developer, joining us to help us make this game the best it can be.
Finally, if you're ever looking for staff, keep in mind that +staff will show you staff members online, askstaff will send a message to the staff channel, in case any of us are online, active and able to respond, and there is always +request.
(Note if you try askstaff and do not get an answer in 10 minutes or so, you probably should use +request.)
Things are moving, and we are working on some new things, as well as fixing and tweaking existing things.
