Improvements to @clues

We have made some improvements to the @clues command.
* The list of all your clues now shows the date they were discovered and the tags associated with them. They are now sorted by #. The previous order was by discovered date, and this can still be done by using the /date switch
* Clues may now be searched by only their tag value (which must match exactly) by using the /tag switch with /search
* Dates are now formatted in a less ambiguous format (YYYY-MM-DD)
* The display of a single clue has been updated to add information and to make the sections stand out a little more
