Allows a character to read the White Journals of characters,
or add to their own White or Black Journal. White Journals are public
notes that are available for all to see, ICly. Black Journals are private
sealed notes, to allow characters to make ic notes to themselves.

If you write a White Journal entry about someone else, please expect that
they will see it and react accordingly. All journals are IC, and Shards GMS
reserve the right to delete any that mention details a character does not
know ICly.

The edit function is only to fix typographical errors. ICly, the content
of journals can never be altered once written. Only use it to fix
formatting or typos.
