Usage:
    +finger <character>
    +finger/preferences <note on RP preferences>
    +finger/playtimes <note on your playtimes>
Displays information about a given character. To set RP hooks, use the
+rphooks command. Use the 'preferences' or 'playtimes' switches to add
information about your RP preferences or your playtimes to your finger
information.
