Usage:
    +hangouts
    +hangouts/all
Shows the public rooms marked as hangouts, displaying the players
there. They are the rooms players gather in when they are seeking
public scenes welcome to anyone.
/all also includes empty public hangouts. Private rooms and hidden
or disguised characters are excluded. A + marks players looking for RP,
and a * marks players on your watch list.
